Guide
Remove the TikTok Logo from Your Own Video
If you filmed a clip and exported it with TikTok's logo and username in the corner, you can clean that overlay and keep the rest of the video exactly as it is. The tool rebuilds the marked area in every frame from the pixels around it, keeps your audio, and shows you a before/after preview before you download.
Only upload videos you filmed yourself or have permission to modify. Removing TikTok's mark from someone else's video can violate their rights and TikTok's terms — this guide is about your own footage.
- 01
Start from the clip you filmed
Use your original export if you still have it. If the only copy you have already carries the TikTok logo, save it to your device and upload that file. Free accounts handle clips up to 15 seconds; Premium goes up to 5 minutes.
- 02
Mark the logo and the username
Open the video tool and draw a box over the logo, then another over the @username text if it sits somewhere else. AI Auto Detect can find a clear corner mark for you — check the box it draws and widen it slightly so the soft edge is covered too.
- 03
Run the clean-up
The tool works through the clip frame by frame and rebuilds each marked area from the pixels around it. Your audio track is not touched, and you can watch the progress as it goes.
- 04
Compare, then download
Drag the before/after slider and look closely at the corner. If a faint trace of the logo remains, tighten or widen the selection and run it again. When you're happy with it, download the cleaned clip.
What works well, and what doesn't
A logo sitting in a fixed corner over a fairly calm background — sky, a wall, blurred footage — usually disappears completely. A mark that moves across the frame, or one laid over busy fast-moving detail, leaves a soft patch more often, because the missing pixels can only be guessed from what surrounds them. If your clip has both a corner logo and a username in a different spot, mark both in one run.
Why the audio stays as it was
Sound is copied from your original file rather than re-recorded, so your voice, music and effects come out exactly as they went in. Only the picture inside your selection changes.
Rights before you publish
Cleaning a watermark does not change who owns the footage. Use this on clips you filmed or have written permission to edit, and keep the original file — if a client or a platform ever asks for the source, you'll have it.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the free plan remove a TikTok watermark?
- Yes. Free accounts can process one clip up to 15 seconds a day, which covers most short vertical clips. Longer footage needs Premium.
- Will the video still have sound?
- Yes. The audio track from your original file is kept.
- Can I clean the mark off a TikTok video I did not film?
- Not with this tool's guidance. If you did not film the clip and don't have permission from whoever owns it, removing the mark and reposting can violate their rights.
- What file do I get back?
- MP4 in browsers that support it, otherwise WebM. The resolution matches what you uploaded.
- The corner still looks soft. Is that normal?
- On busy footage, yes — that area is rebuilt from nearby pixels, so it can read slightly blurred. Narrowing the selection to just the logo and running again usually improves it.
