This policy explains what we collect when you use CleanMark AI, how uploaded media is stored, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Your account email, an optional display name, your plan, your daily processing counts, and a record of each processing job (file name, size, type and status).
Uploaded media
Uploads are stored in private storage that only your account can read. They are never published, listed publicly, or shared with other users. Files are scheduled for automatic deletion after a retention window (24 hours by default); that period is configurable and may be extended for paid plans.
Processing
When you clean up an image, the picture is sent from our server to the Lovable AI editing service, which rebuilds the marked area and returns the edited image. It is not used to train models and is not stored there. Videos are processed entirely inside your browser and never leave your device for processing; only the file you uploaded and the cleaned result sit in your private storage area until they expire.
Advertising
Free accounts see reserved advertising areas. No ad network is connected yet, so these areas are currently empty placeholders. Paid accounts do not see them.
Your rights
You can delete a processing record from your history at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated media through the contact page.
